Abstract
We have analyzed the effects of embedded crossing interconnections on signal propagation in the top‐level driven interconnection on GaAs‐based integrated circuits. The algorithm has been used to study the dependences of the cross talk and propagation delays on the various crossing interconnection parameters. Results can be utilized for optimization of the high‐speed circuits.
