Abstract
An efficient numerical technique for the characterization of the single‐and multi‐level interconnections on the GaAs‐based VLSIs is presented. The algorithm employs an efficient and more flexible network analog method suitable for the finite‐dimensional interconnection configurations on the GaAs substrate.
