Dave Banker is the Resident District Manager for Chartwells Higher Education at Michigan Technological University, where he leads the Husky Eats dining program in partnership with the university to support student success and campus life.

Dave's career has taken him through leadership roles in operations, finance, human resources, and higher education, giving him a broad perspective on leadership and organizational success. He earned an associate degree from Colorado Technical University and a Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.

Known for his engaging, conversational style, Dave enjoys connecting with people through authentic stories, thoughtful questions, and practical insights that encourage others to think differently about leadership, growth, and their own potential.
