Abstract

In an era increasingly defined by artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and rapid technological advancement, AI on work, education, and everyday life. The traditional model of acquiring a fixed set of skills early in life and relying on them throughout one's career is no longer viable. AI systems are evolving at an unprecedented pace, leading to the automation of routine and even some complex tasks, while simultaneously creating new roles and industries that demand new competencies. As such, individuals must constantly reskill and upskill to remain relevant in the job market, adapt to shifting career landscapes, and leverage the benefits of AI tools effectively and ethically.The necessity for lifelong learning is underscored by the disruptive impact of AI on the workforce.Automation technologies are projected to displace millions of jobs globally, especially those involving repetitive manual labor or routine cognitive tasks. However, while AI renders some jobs obsolete, it also generates new opportunities in fields like data science, machine learning, cybersecurity.
