Binding energies of [Formula Presented] states in [Formula Presented]

Abstract
Relativistic configuration-interaction calculations predict the [Formula Presented] [Formula Presented] [Formula Presented] levels are bound to the neutral Tc I ground state by 636, 552, 503, 481, and 460 meV, respectively. The [Formula Presented] value is in good agreement with a revised semiempirical estimate presented here. © 2002 The American Physical Society.
