Polarography of metal ions in hexamethylphosphoramide

Abstract
The polarographic behavior of oxygen, halide ions and selected metal ions in HMPA was investigated. Solvation of metal ions was found to be stronger than in water but generally similar to that in dimethyl sulfoxide.
