Abstract
Adventitious buds were developed in vitro from stems of elongating short shoots of mature European larch (Larix deciduaMill.). Tissue culture propagule populations thus generated, were similarly remultiplied in vitro. Elongation and rooting were routine. No vitreous or otherwise abnormal shoots were noted.
