Abstract
We have developed a computer‐efficient algorithm and carried out computer simulations on the single propagation and the delays in the multilevel high density interconnections on the GaAs‐based VLSICs. The algorithm has been used to study the dependence of the load voltage waveforms and delay times on the various interconnection parameters.
