Abstract
We have developed a computer‐efficient algorithm and carried out computer simulations of the crosstalk effects in the single‐ and bilevel high density interconnections on the GaAs‐based VLSIC's. The algorithm has been wed to study the dependence of the crosstalk voltage on the interconnection dimensions and other parameters such as the driving transistor's resistance.
