Abstract
A novel Raman spectral analyzer is presented which measures the concentrations of dilute species with high resolutions (0.3 cm-1), high sensitivity (0.1 Pa) within minutes. Examples are: standard mixtures, breathalyzers, and aqueous dissolved gases. © OSA/ASSP/LACSEA/LS&C 2010.
