Ultra-thin multi-aperture LWIR imagers

Abstract
We design and implement an ultra-thin LWIR camera by replacing the conventional lens system with a micro-lens array. The resulting low resolution images can be used to reconstruct a high resolution image by post processing. © 2006 Optical Society of America.
