Topological hybrid silicon microlasers

Abstract
© OSA 2018. We present an active topological hybrid silicon microlaser array respecting the chargeconjugation symmetry. The created symmetry favors the lasing of a protected zero-mode, where robust single-mode laser action prevails even with intentionally introduced perturbations.
