Abstract
© 2018 IEEE. Forward and backward scattering from subwavelength dielectric spheres is analyzed in a broad frequency range with the focus on the impact of phase changes of resonance oscillations at magnetic and electric Mie resonances. The effects of sphere permittivity on the specifics of scattering are discussed.
