Abstract
It was previously shown that the constant-current-fed class-E amplifier cannot be configured for a constant output voltage independent of load resistance except for the trivial case, where the output voltage is zero. This paper continues on this matter, investigating the possibility of constant output power that is independent of load resistance. The only possibility is the trivial case in which the output power is zero. © 1991 IEEE
