Abstract
Engaging students in the learning process is important for knowledge retention. PowerPoint and lecture are becoming obsolete. Student facilitated learning was applied in an undergraduate project management course with great success. Students were more involved in the class, participated at a much greater rate, and experienced higher exam averages.
