Abstract
Healthcare facilities in the U.S. are entering an era of increased oversight and heightened expectations concerning both reduced costs and measurable quality. This research examines customer satisfaction data from a community owned non-profit medical center in the Midwest and demonstrates how patient perceptions of quality can inform policy decisions.
