This workshop puts participants in the shoes of a new criminal investigator. As “investigators in training”, participants will learn about cognitive biases, logical fallacies, and a few other culprits that may prevent us from reasoning in a critical way. The goal is to show how some of the critical thinking skills that are necessary to becoming a good investigator can also be used to help us solve many of our “everyday” work-related problems.
