Abstract
It is proved that if (λn) is a sequence of real numbers whose differences are nondecreasing and satisfy then tne set of complex exponentials is a Riesz-Fischer sequence in L2[–A, A] for every A > 0, which is to say that for any positive A, the equations admit a solution /in L2[-A, A] for every sequence In particular is a Riesz-Fischer sequence when p > ½. © 1995 American Mathematical Society.
