Abstract
For the first time, the importance of the oxidized W species in WSe2catalysts for HER is revealed. Meanwhile,viaa specifically designed yet facile solvothermal strategy, a 1T/1T′ dominated hybrid-phase WSe2with stabilized oxygen species was obtained, realizing outstanding activity and durability for HER.
