Abstract
© 1992 IEEE. The conventional class E topology can be configured to achieve simultaneous load-independent output voltage and loadindependent efficiency. Because its dual may also provide loadindependent voltage, the conventional topology was examined for the possibility of simultaneous load-independent output current and load-independent efficiency. We show that the only solutions to the sets of equations describing simultaneous loadindependent output current and load-independent efficiency are impractical.
