Description

This case study presents a Kaizen event hosted by the Pavlis Honors College. During this event, we used simple Lean Thinking and tools to critically look at the various components of the Pathways Program. We considered the current and future state and using student data, an Affinity Diagram, Fishbone Diagram, and basic problem solving methods, we were able to develop a plan for moving forward in our efforts to improve the student success and experience in the Pavlis Honors College.
