Abstract

Installation and operation of High Frequency (HF) Radar system in the Straits of Mackinac, east of the Mackinac Bridge to map hourly water surface current direction and magnitude in the Straits.

Video produced from data collected using two CODAR Seasonde Units stationed to the west of the Mackinac Bridge. Data processed using multi-static data processing software provided by CODAR and implemented on combining unit located at Great Lakes Research Center.
